Had to try this. Found on Pinterest of course! So so easy and so so pretty! Thanks Lorianna for being my subject and thanks Luke for providing the Jamison. :)

I Quilt...
Not really sure what's gotten into to me, but I had an unexpected three day weekend. Since we were supposed to go out of town, but it fell through at the last minute... found myself with three days of nothingness planned. A rarity. I recently discovered Crafty Planet and it allows me to be impulsive - which for me, can often be the fine line between whether a project gets started or not. After a few hours of pulling bolsters of fabric and changing my mind repeatedly... finally came up with some ideas... Finished a quilt and a half this past three days. Last night I was up until 3am appliqueing circles onto the below quilt. These baby quilt will be up on etsy shortly.

Q is for Quilting. B is for Baby.
Going up on Etsy today! Baby quilt. Measuring approximately 32x37. Combination of fabrics from designers Joel Dewberry & Amy Butler. Perfect for the crib, playmat, or to just snuggle up in. Batting is a natural cotton making for a light, but warm quilt. This quilt was pieced and quilted by myself on my machine. It was finished off by sewing the binding to the front (for stability) and then hand stitched to the backside for a seamless finish. Bias binding was used for durability.
